That Time Again...

So... here I am, end of my first year of college and I decide that its about time to write a new Xanga entry, enjoy.

Stevens was great, I met a lot of cool people. Became great friends with Whitney and Brittany, I practically lived in their rooms. My own roommate was a totally bum. He never left the room (except to go to class and bring back food), I think I saw him take a shower 3 times over the whole semester and use deodorant once. The room was really gross. Classes were ok, not too hard (with the exception of Prob Stat). I've done well with all the grades I've gotten back so far, still waiting to hear on a few. I still to make a study plan for the next five years, thats going to be a blast. Overall the year was really great, I can't wait for research this summer and fall semester.

I got into a huge fight with Robert, we didn't talk for like 3 months or something. We're friends again now, at least I think. The Miguel saga is waaaay too long to bother posting, so if you're interested let me know and I'll get to work on the novel. That was a total waste of time and energy. Boy do I know how to pick 'em. It seems to be a thing with MySpace guys, I've got to go out there and start meeting normal people face to face.

I finally started working as a bartender at The Web. There's a webpage out there somewhere if you want to google it. It's a lot of fun. Everyone who works there is really cool and really nice. I've made friends with a lot of the regulars and I could totally see myself working there all throughout college (its pays really well ).

I got to go to The Bamboozle, that was pretty neat. Found some cool new bands to listen to (thanks Bones). Finally bought the second season of Queer as Folk, and I'm addicted all over again.

There's a lot of stuff that's happened to me since I last posted, but I don't feel up to defiling the internet with my self-pitying verbal diarrhea, so oh well.

I guess I'll post again in another 3 months or something. Adios!

The product of one very boring physics recitaion and my emotionally distraught self:

Action, reaction,
attaction, distraction,
with you standing there my life loses traction.
You fill up my void,
you fill up the space,
you give me the heart
I thought I'd missplaced.
While you give me the light,
you take it away.
I love you to death
but I know you won't stay.

Life sucks.

Wow...

It will be a week tomorrow that I've been at Stevens. It feels like its been a month. I'm having so much fun, and meeting so many new people, but I still miss all of you guys back home. A whole bunch of people came to see me tonight (Kyle, Emily, Alyssa, Elta, and Julie, in no particular order). It was great just seeing them all again. I gave away half of Alyssa's huge sandwich to some homeless guy, and it was pretty funny. Classes start on monday, and I'm both excited and scared. Excited for all of the new things I hope to learn, and scared that I will be really far behind everyone else. I just wanted to say congrats to all of the people who have moved in already, and goodluck to all the people still packing. I can't stress enough how much I want to keep in touch with all of you.

Anyways, I'm off to continue reading, take a shower, and then hopefully fall asleep.
